Terms of service
1. Ownership & Usage
- The Buyer receives ownership of the character design upon purchase.
- The Buyer may use the design for personal projects, art, advertisements, ect.
- the Buyer must adhere to design permissions.
- Buyer must inform new owner of TOS if sold.2. Commercial use
- The Buyer is allowed to use the design for commercial purposes as long as proper credit is given to the original creator (me).
- Proper credit must include my name or handle in a visible and accessible manner wherever the design is used commercially.3. Restrictions
- The Buyer cannot claim to have created the design.
- The design cannot be heavily altered without permission.4. Violation
- In the event of a violation, buyer is given option to re sell design, return it to me, delete the character or remove my credits as well as remove my artwork + change design, otherwise i will do it myself.
-Buyer will be added to blacklist and has chance to be called out depending on severity.5. Refunds
- If the Buyer violates the TOS, refunds can be issued if Buyer cannot sell it and I can afford to take it back.- refund will not be given if buyer purchases adopt out of impulse or any reason unless of violation - which again will result in blacklist.

rules of design / permissions
Please do not create media depicting:Beastiality (non sapient/sophont x sapient/sophont)underageincestNon-con/rape (most specifically, very violent works). Dub-con within reason of consent being in some way visible, if not verbal.hateful or abusive rhetoric (maga, nazi, racist)necrophilia (inanimates bodies, corpses.) Guro is fine within reason of this.school shootings (personal grief)

If it's for character lore within reason, I don't care; please tag anything that has triggering content for all people.
What i mean is, I am uncomfortable with this type of media being created using my designs in terms of personal/publicly shared media for sexual gratification / wank material. I do not want any of my designs to be known for 'dark' fetish material or abusive rhetoric. please understand.*Please note I don't care what you do for private works if you HAVE to draw it; I only care for what is visible to the public and me. *While I consider myself anti censorship, this type of media is still incredibly uncomfortable for me to view and I would rather nothing i have created be used in such ways.
I am not a big artist, and never will be. My works will probably never be public enough to attract a disrespectful r34 crowd, so if you care; as a sapient being, please adhere to my comfort requests.
