Terms of service

1. Ownership & Usage
- The Buyer receives ownership of the character design upon purchase.
- The Buyer may use the design for personal projects, art, advertisements, ect.
- the Buyer must adhere to design permissions.
- Buyer must inform new owner of TOS if sold.2. Commercial use
- The Buyer is allowed to use the design for commercial purposes as long as proper credit is given to the original creator (me).
- Proper credit must include my name or handle in an accessible manner wherever the design is used commercially unless significantly/mostly altered.3. Restrictions
- The Buyer cannot claim to have created the design.
- The design can be heavily altered without permission, but ask if you want to remove my credit for the design.4. Violation
- In the event of a violation, buyer is given option to re sell design, return it to me, delete the character or remove my credits to the character creation/images i made or remove my artwork + change design, otherwise i will remove credits myself.-Buyer will be added to blacklist and has chance to be put on public list depending on severity.5. Refunds
- If the Buyer violates the TOS, refunds can be issued if Buyer cannot sell it and I can afford to take it back.- refund will not be given if buyer purchases adopt out of impulse or any reason unless of violation.
